I worked with Leonard at Deleuw, Cather and Company and later at Parsons Co. I always spent a few minutes with him at the beginning of the work day-discussing worldly events, and enjoyed sharing cookies with him during break time. He was an excellent electrical engineer and will be missed.

Even though I did not know Leonard well (we had met only a few times), I could tell he was a kind, generous man who truly cared for his family. He was intelligent and well read, but not a braggart. He was quiet but thoughtful with a mischevious look in his eyes. I am truly sorry for his loss and give my sincerest sympathies to Devi, his children and grandchildren as well as to his sister, Esther.

I didn't get an opportunity to meet Leonard until much later in his life. We met at a restaurant in San Jose (?) where we engaged in lengthy conversation about the Boston Red Sox. I believe he was wearing a Boston Red Sox cap at the time. Anyway, I found Leonard not only very informative , but witty as well. He was a class act.
