Not sure what to say?

Several times while working as an operating room technician 'briefly' in the mid-1970s I had the pleasure of meeting and seeing both Dr. Bloch and Dr. Wolf do their wonderous work. I believe I also heard Dr. Bloch mimic the voice of Donald Duck! He was a charming man as I recall. Nearly 50 years later, in 2023 I''ve remembered him when I read of another Bloch in an autobiography of Yehudi Menuhin, violinist etc. And in a very small way, I also volunteered in a Brighton elementary school...

Dear Sue,
I am sorry to learn of Len's death. I always enjoyed seeing him at Midtown, usually on a treadmill or playing tennis. I had no idea of his many accomplishments and contributions, what a sad loss for you and the entire community.

I am so sorry to read about losing Dr. Bloch. He was so very good to my mother when she had surgery in 1983. I have never forgotten him and his wonderful personality. Prayers to your family. You have my sympathy.

Dr. Bloch was my Dad's surgical partner at the Genesee Hospital and I remember him fondly. He always had a smile and seemed genuinely pleased to see all of us Wolf kids. He was present at all the big events in our lives-births and birthdays, baptisms, weddings, and funerals. My Dad thought very highly of his surgical skills and respected and valued his friendship. I remember his spot on 'Donald Duck' impression that made me laugh and laugh as a child, and that is how I will always remember...

Sue,
I was so surprised to hear of Len's death Saturday morning after having such a delightful conversation with him on Friday evening. Fifty years is a long time to know someone whose demeanor of kindness, quality and caring never changed. He will be missed.
