Not sure what to say?

My dear dad, you are with me in my heart all the time. I miss you so much. You gave me a gift of your teachings in music, with your choir direction, and I so hope to carry your legacy on in our church. Love Claudia

Dear Family (Valerie - do you remember me?),

I was just telling my son, Alexander De Sina, about the extraordinary legacy of Leonard and the collaboration we enjoyed with Voloshky Dance Ensemble back in the day. Performances at Alice Tully Hall in the 80s. They were wonderful and he was so, so, so patient with me.

Alex and Leonard finally met at Montclair State University after a concert and I introduced Alex to the Master of them All! Leonard's remarkable drive, love, and...

I was privileged to sit next to Lenny at rehearsals at the Armenian Church, and also at two of the concerts at Lincoln Center in the early 1970s. May the God of all comfort sustain your family during the days ahead Psalms 119:76

Although we can't be with you while you remember your loved one, you're in our thoughts from afar.

To Claudia and Valerie,
Your Dad was a wonderful influence in my life and we shared a common love and passion with choral singing and directing. He and I recently had a long phone conversation to catch up with past news and I am grateful we did. My sincere condolences to you and your families. Your Dad was an amazing person who loved God, people, life, football, the balalaika, music, teaching, and sharing his passion to everyone! We will miss him dearly! Memory Eternal dear Lenny! ...

I had the great privilege of caring for Leonard during the final days of his amazing life. Having the opportunity to get to know him and his wonderful family was a true honor. I will never forget my final shift with Leonard; hearing him sing a beautiful song with his daughter, Valerie, is a memory that will forever touch my heart.

My prayers are with Valerie, Claudia, and Leonard's entire family.

Love,
Danielle
