I hadn't spoken to him in over 35 years, but my memories of working and sharing jokes with him over a ten year period reflect a brotherly trust established between two professionals representing clients on a mutual mission while maintaining opposing positions (Len the underwriter and I the company) in connection with several offerings over several years. Cousin Leonard was a kind and gentle man. He was always there for me in my time of need and will be sorely missed by myself and everyone else who's life he touched.
