Not sure what to say?

My family and I have known Len for over 40 years. We worked together at Brobeil Marine and he was considered more as a member of our family rather than just an employee. His sincerity and kindness could not be duplicated.I wish we could have had more contact with him after his retirement and subsequent illness. He will be missed and will be remembered in our prayers.

One of the best memories that I have of Leonard was the summer that he and my mother came out to Colorado to visit. We spent a week traveling together through the Rocky Mtns and the canyons of Utah, and it was during this time that I really got to know him for the incredible man that he was. He was the type of man that you could actually speak to and who would listen, always being sincere and respectful. His kindness and thoughtfulness towards my mother and I shone through on that trip,...

Len worked many, many summers in the 1960s and '70s for my late father, George W. Collins, at Collins Marine on Niagara Street. Len was like a son to my father and a big brother/uncle to my siblings as we all grew up in and around the business and worked in it at various times as teenagers. As I worked at the business more than my brothers, I got to be very close to Len and spent a lot of time with him. He was simply a great guy--funny, witty, urbane and most of all, very kind. I will never...

I was fortunate to have Mr. Guest as a teacher. My mother, Marcia, was blessed to have Len as a colleague and friend. I hope your wonderful memories comfort you as you grieve and celebrate your father's life.

I am blessed to have wonderful memories of Lenny from teaching together, golfing, joking in the break room, and even day lillies! I will always remember Len as a dedicated teacher who cared greatly about students, and a good friend. My most sincere sympathies.

We're very sorry to hear about Len's death. We taught with him for many years. He was a respected colleague and a fine educator. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss.

Darrin,Jennifer,Megan and Troy,
Our thouhgts and prayers go out to you and your family in the loss of your dad. He will always be remembered as a kind and generous neighbor. Sincere sympathy.Dave & Joe Ann Willson

Len was a good man, and a good father. he will be missed.

Our time was too short - I am going to miss you every second of every moment for the rest of my life. You have left a giant hole in my heart, but I feel so blessed to have known, and loved, such an extraordinary person. I will never forget you and the time we shared. You made me into the person that I am and I will be eternally grateful. My life is going to be a little less fun without you in it. I will love you always and forever.
