Mr. Leonard was my neighbor on Sharlo in Baton Rouge, back in the late nineties. I used to cut his grass for him and we became good friends. I'd go over and sit with him sometimes, just to talk and visit. He always had a story or anecdote on deck to make me laugh or to relate to whatever issue it was that I wanted to talk to him about.
