Not sure what to say?

It's hard to believe it's been seven years. We love you, Dad. Thank you so very much for being such a wonderful Dad. August 18, 2020

Uncle, A safe journey to you. One of which I know you have long been unafraid, for reasons of inner strength, inner peace, and your love of Christ. Just one of your many loving and respectful family members, Patrick Shields

Uncle, you and Auntie were like our other parents. Thank you for everything you gave us. I will cherish your example of gentle, loving strength, what a great role model you were, your wonderful storytelling, your work with the union and then as a manager in the mills, your magic tricks, your sense of humor, your post-retirement theatrical career and all you did for our vast, extended family.
With deep love and respect,
Bill Shields

My prayers are with you all. I have fond memories of him. He was a good man..a good father...a good husband... and a good grandfather. He was a true model of a Christian man and channel of God's love to his family and friends. He is moving on to the next part of his journey with Jesus. May God's peace be in your hearts in the days ahead. Jack Hogue

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

I and my Father are...

God Bless you Uncle, and Auntie as well. I was so fortunate to have him in my life. He taught me so much about the world - his advice was always welcome and worthwhile, and given with a dose of humor. I will miss his stories and his hearty laugh. Dan Shields
