Not sure what to say?

I was so sad to hear this news. Not only do I have fond memories of Mr. Kiely from attending Berkman Elementary, I have many more from being his across the street neighbor. My thoughts and prayers to the entire family.

My prayers go out to the family of Mr. Kiely. He was my principle at Berkman in the 80's and a very nice man. I remember him being so tall and always had a smile for all of us kids.

Mary Ellen my prayers are with you and your family.

I was his secretary for almost a decade. Whenever I needed a file or paper from him he said ' it was on his desk'. For those of you whoever saw his desk knew that it was piled high and no amount of searching would be succesful in locating anything. He would just walk in and move a few piles of paper and produce the paper or file you needed. My years working with him are filled with many fond memories

My prayers go out for you. I knew Mr. Kiely since I was a kid at Round Rock Elementary. He was a fine man...a really good guy.

Mr. Kiely was my principal at Berkman Elementary in the early 80's. I remember him being so tall, but so gentle and wonderful. His smile and kind eyes will always be a special memory of him early in my education. Reading his story was awesome and even more of a reason to celebrate his full and extraordinary life!! Wishing peace to his family during this time of loss.

We are thinking of you all at this time...Kiely will certainly be missed by many! Big hugs from the Elam family

Of all the Principals I worked for during my teaching career Mr Kiely was the most dedicated Educator/Principal I had the experience of learning from a truly dedicated man to the educational system
