Not sure what to say?

Sue and Kim, I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. He was a wonderful man. I have a lot of fond memories of your parents and spending time at your house when you lived on Meadows. I thought anyone who had him as a dad as well as a teacher was so fortunate. He led an amazing life. May you find much comfort in your memories of him.

I had 'Sarge' for two classes my senior year at Richwoods (64-65). His endless stories made them very enjoyable as socials was not my favorite topic of study. I remember him as one of the really good guys.

My condolences to all of his family, so sorry for your, and our (his students) loss.

I fondly remember Mr. Korgie as a great educator and all-around good person. I even remember his distinctive handwriting on the chalkboard, joking with all of us students, but most of all the fact that he made studying so easy and fun. Who could forget all the "sayings" he had posted around the classroom? We traded stories about our shared Polish heritage and he used to tease me about it, in a fun way. My very sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.... Mr. Korgie was great, and...

To the Korgie Family with our deepest sympathy during your loss. The Salvation Army Fayetteville Administrative Staff. Mary Bell & Angie Jones.

Mr. Korgie...what a man, what a fantastic teacher!! He taught us economics lessons (and how to fuel the driver's ed car) the fun way. He made it real. College macro and micro economics were so much easier because of the foundation he built within us. Let's think of the many legacies he created as we remember him and his family in our thoughts and prayers (and as we drive to the gas station to wrestle with the hose).

Mr. Korgie was a wonderful teacher and a great neighbor, Sue, I am sorry for your loss.

I had Mr. Korgie for Economics at RHS, he was a great teacher. I am so sorry for your loss.

To Mr Korgie's Family
What a great teacher. What a great man. He was truly a huge positive influence in my life. They don't make 'em like him very much any more. My condolences to you on his passing but please know that his time spent on this earth was and will continue to be remembered and appreciated
