Leonard H. Nussbaum Jr. passed away on March 1, 2018 at Lawrence General Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on July 4, 1942 to Leonard H. Nussbaum Sr. and Charlotte (Gammons) Nussbaum. Lenny worked at Wang Laboratories as an inspector prior to his retirement....

My condolences to the Nussbaum family on the passing of Leonard Nussbaum. I was a former "townie". I lived a few houses down on Water Street by Bixby Avenue. I graduated from St. Michaels Grammar School with Marilyn in the class of 1953. May God Bless all of you .

When I wrote the obituary for Lenny, I inadvertently forgot to mention that Lenny worked for the Meals on Wheels Program in North Andover. Lenny loved seeing all the people he delivered to, a well as the people he worked with, and I think they enjoyed seeing him, too. I am very sorry for this omission.
