There are a select few that simply get the big picture in this short time we are blessed to have on this on earth. This man was one of them. Met him just a year ago when he magically went to the back of the shoppe and enthusiastically handed me the perfect Diner en Blanc dress I needed that night, he even added in white gloves ...but he did much more than that this day...he touched my soul with a kindness and inspiration that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Happened to come across Leonard´s obituary - I didn´t know him, his husband or family but what a beautiful tribute. I wish I had the pleasure of knowing him - he really made the world a more joyful place and I´m sure he will be missed! My deepest sympathies to his husband and family.

I´m so glad you wrote, and I read Lenny´s obituary. What a wonderful life he had! Your loving and detailed description of his life and your relationship made me want to comment. May Lenny rest in peace and Doug, I hope you also find peace as you work through your grief .

After reading this obituary, I did not have the pleasure of knowing this man, but he was very special and now rest in the arms of our Lord for his just reward.
