Leonard PEFFER

1939 - 2021

PEFFER, Leonard E. 81, passed away on Sept. 1, 2021. He was born on Dec. 19, 1939 in Indiana, PA. In 1969, he and his family moved to Pinellas County, FL. During his life, Len enjoyed family, fishing, being a recreational pilot, and working on cars. He owned and operated service stations for over 50 years, first in Pennsylvania and then Florida, and could be found working most days. Len was preceded in death by his parents, Orville W. Peffer and Dorothy N. (Deemer) Peffer; stepmother, Jennie; and sister, Phyllis. He is survived by his sisters, Donna and Polly; brother-in-law, Stanley; first wife, Bette; their children, Kimberly, Brett, and Jodie; grandchildren, Arianna, Zackery, Kaleb, Joshua, Wyatt, and Fiona; second wife, Zaida; stepdaughters, Zaida, and Vanessa; grandchildren, Louis and Jovanni. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. Len was laid to rest at Sylvan Abbey in Clearwater, Dec. 19, 2021.
