My first job out of high school was working for M. Planer & Sons. 1971-1992 Lenny's father Sydney and aunt Mollie (as we called her) were the nicest people. When Sydney passed away, Lenny (as we all called him) was in charge. I have many fond, funny, and some not so funny memories of working there. Lenny always treated his employees with respect and listened to them when they had ideas to make things better, whether it be from the factory worker or office personnel. My sincerest condolences...

I love Len so much! He was my enigmatic neighbour in Llewellyn Park. His wit and sardonic take on the world brought me such joy. I had never had elderly friends until I met Ellen and Len. Rest easy, you were loved.

We will always remember Len and the kindness he showed our family as new neighbors in his family home helping us adapt to life in Lewelyn Park. We were always so happy to sit and chat with Len and hear his views on life and the world. He was a special man and will be missed. Much love, Dennis, Luigina, Kelly and Jolie Curran
