Not sure what to say?

While I didn't get to see Babe as often as I would have liked--living first in NY and then in CA for most of the time since 1977 when I finally found him, I am very proud to have had him for "my Dad" and getting to know Andrew & Maggie when they were small on Saturday mornings. I always loved listening to his stories and admired him for his "Big Brother" volunteerism and that tennis tournament he ran in the summers too. I really know he helped many people in Lexington and was a huge blood...

I'm so sorry to hear about "Babe" or as we knew him,"Scooter". I'm so sorry it took so long for me to find out. Deepest Sympathy from all of here at CCH at St Joseph Hospital.
With Love,
Heather

So sorry for your loss.

Babe was a great guy, we will miss him.

Ann, Kenny, Linda, Andrew and Maggie,
I can't recall a better person than Babe, he was such a friend and teacher for my sons and me. He showed each of us how to live by his own example. He had a joy for life that was infectious; without trying, he made us try to be better people in our own lives.
Mary, Philip and John Cockriel

Ann, we are deeply saddened by your loss. Babe was a long time friend and will be missed by all.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know Uncle Babe was an inspiration to many people. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time.

We will all miss Mr. Ray very much. It was so much fun playing basketball at your house growing up and I always loved running next to him in a race seeing him pull Maggie in that little cart.

Ann, I will miss my favorite tennis partner. I bet he's already playing tennis with Joe Papania. What a great guy.

To the entire Ray Family; Ann, Kenny, Linda, Andrew and Maggie,

It was a real gift to know Babe over the years. And to have Sarah and Patrick get to know Babe was an added bonus. We'll all miss his smile, his laughter and of course the peanuts and fruit! He was an example for all of us.

Peace,
Rick, Sarah and Patrick Fromm
