Leonard was one of those of the "greatest generation" and he packed a lot of living into those 87 years. Diane honored him and his wife by her work on their genealogy, and I'll enjoy reviewing it again one of these days. As a farmer Leonard reaped the benefit no doubt of the great Virginia inventor, Cyrus McCormick, who was born some 95 years before Leonard. Through his work on the farm Leonard helped to feed millions of people and enabled his family to become prosperous as well. Well...
