Not sure what to say?

Rest in Peace Len. Sincere condolences to the family as I fondly remember him.

Greetings to the Schroeder Family,

I apologize for missing the funeral. I just found out about our loss. I say "our", because Len was truly a special man who touched the lives of many.

I truly appreciate the opportunity I had as a Border Patrol Agent to work side-by-side with him from 1990 to 1995. He was a down to earth man who brought joy to many of us "Green Shirts".

I look forwarded to seeing him again in Heaven.

Sincerley,

Sammie Anderson

Len could turn any situation into a positive with his grand sense of humor. He blessed everyone fortunate enough to have worked with him.

After reading the notes left by his friends and co-workers, it is obvious that Lenny had touched so many people in a positive way with his sense of humor and professionalism. There aren’t too many people that leave a positive footprint in your life but Lenny was certainly one of them. He made those shifts at the San Clemente Checkpoint a lot of fun and we (Border Patrol) had many laughs together. He is one that will be remembered and thought of often. A good man all the way...

Len,

It was an honor knowing you and working with you. Thanks for the words of encouragement, Heaven will be brighter with you up there, as the I-5 Corridor was when you were here.

Rest in peace Len. Sig 10-11.

Shroeder family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Even though Lenny a CHP Officer, he was one of the guys anytime he stopped by the San Clemente Border Patrol Checkpoint. May Gods peace & comfort be with you.

Godspeed Len. It was an honor to know and work with you. I always enjoyed our talks when you would stop by the checkpoint.

Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of Leonard. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. We first met him way back when Ron and our son Chris were in Cub Scouts together and we have fond memories of those days and at Palmquist School. Leonard was always a very pleasant and friendly person. It was a pleasure to have met him over the years since then. May God bless you and give you comfort.
