Read MoreI got to know Mr. B from seeing him at school when he was in to mentor students. He always took the time to talk and give me candy. Our friendship grew as we talked and saw each other (him almost always with Lucy) at plays and concerts. He was an amazing, giving man who always brought a smile to my face. He was a true blessing to all he met. He will be missed.

I had the privelege of working with Blaine as he mentored one of my students. He had a special gift working with children and I always enjoyed seeing his smiling face each week. Nobody was a stranger for long when Blaine was around! He may have been short in stature, but he was a giant in charisma and charm! I will never eat another "cream saver" candy without thinking of Blaine...
