In the late 70's Leonard was my landlord and the most kindest landlord I have every known. He and his wife Betty were so kind to my daughter Hollie and I..at the time I did not have much money and he apologized for having to raise my rent because his taxes on the house went up and he knew it would be a little burden on us.... RIP Mr.Short and my condolences to Betty and the family
