Scooter met Len in 1971 when he was just a little boy. I met Len about 25-years ago when Scooter and I ran into him at a gas station. With tears in Len's eye's he greeted Scooter as if he was his long lost son -- it was evident that Len was a very special man. Many times thereafter, I too was greeted same warmth extended to Scooter. Len will be remembered as a man with a heart of gold and a true gentleman. Our deepest condolences go out to the entire Silva family.
