Coach Smith lead the ‘59 WHS team to an undefeated season, the only one to (2001) date to not have a loss. That’s 62 years.

My condolences to the family of Leonard Smith. I taught at Wallington H.S. 1953-54 and remember Len's popularity and coach's voice well. 1951-52 I taught at Lincoln School with Molly Pluhar. So sad. We were all so young.
