Not sure what to say?

Smitty was my friend, he took me in and fed me when I needed help and a friend. I will always appreciate his open heart and endless generosity. Smitty was a great friend to me when I needed help. I will always be grateful for his endless generosity, and thankful for his opening his home to me when I needed a helping hand. I am very grateful for his endless generosity to me when I needed help. I love Smitty very very much.

I just learned about Smitty and I am deeply saddened.

I remember Smitty as an energetic, positive, confident, and truly decent person in the 1990s when we worked for the same company, Certified Grocers. He was inspirational to me in a lot of ways, mostly because of his energy and the positive attitude he brought into a room or, in our case, on the CB radio.

I remember Smitty always included Jesus Christ in conversations and now, he is rejoicing with the Lord.

Smitty...

Smitty was a good friend of mine, I'm Greg from Fresno CA. He opened his life to me when I needed a friend and was always there for me. He and Jan took care of me when I needed help. Smitty will always be in my heart. He was the very best, always will be. He and Jan helped me when I needed help. I will love them both forever.
