Leonard was born on January 23, 1944 and passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. Leonard was a resident of Newport, Kentucky at the time of passing. Leonard proudly served in the United States Army. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Cooper Funeral Home from 3pm-7pm. Masonic services will be held at 7pm. Burial with full military honors will take place in Floral Hills Cemetery.
