LEONARD VICKERS

I had the privilege to work with Len while he ran Corporate Marketing at GE. He had the most creative mind and made work a blast, if somewhat unpredictable. His ad campaign for GE, "We bring good things to life", was brilliant. RIP. I'll bet St. Peter is loving Len's stories.

I was reminiscing about old times and decided to look up some old friends, I was so sorry to find Leonard´s obituary. I was Leonard´s next door neighbour in Longfellow Avenue in Bolton, England in the 1940s and 50s. We lived in a row of terraces and the adjoining wall separated our bedrooms, I have fond memories of us knocking on the wall to say goodnight to each other. His dad worked very hard and would be up early to load his handcart at the yard and push it through the streets to his next...

I reported to Len at Xerox. I learned more from him than anyone else I came in contact in my life -- which is now at 88 . How lucky I was to know him and appreciate him every working day. My depth condolence to his family.
