Not sure what to say?

Leonard recruited me as a PFS customer for Amsouth in 1986. He was a very memorable individual, having a friendly, persuasive, and likable personality. I remember him telling me of his involvement at Mayer Electric. As I was a young man at the time, I was impressed by his interest in me and my future. I did not stay in touch with Leonard over the years, unfortunately, though I remember having a short conversation with him over 10 years later at the Decorators Showhouse sponsored by...

Leonard's kindness, good nature, and boudless energy will be things that I will remember most about him. His positive attitude about any project that he began was infectious and inspirational. I know that many people looked up to him and his loss will be felt by many beyond his own loving family. Ned Goldberg

Leonard and I had many classes at Ramsay HS together, and often competed to see who could make the best grade on a test. A good friend.

He was President of Mayer Electric when I began my career in 1974. He was a kind man and much loved by his employees

May God take good care of this special, kind man's soul. This world is a much better place having had him here.
To all of his family... he will be missed.

Leonard was one of the first people we met when we moved to Birmingham - and he helped us decide to stay. A wonderful person with a most wonderful family.
Best, Linda Verin & Rick Clay
