I found a sterling ring with the initials "SG" on the ground while on a walk in the summer of 2019. When I looked up the hallmark, I was thrilled to discover it was made by such a pioneering woman silversmith! Like Stacey, I too am a vintage seller (clothing, not jewelry) and love to tell Leonore's story when someone remarks on my ring, which I've worn almost every day since I found it. I have had a keychain with my name MEG On it since high school. My husband gave me another one he found in an antique shop with yhe same Meg on it with a dime holder this Christmas!

I purchased this pin last spring and saved it from a group of sterling that was headed for scrap. At the time, it was completely tarnished and had debris obscuring the face and the signature on the reverse. I looked it over many times and concluded it was both different and special.
