Chef Leroy ... he helped me become the chef I am today. He always pushed me to better in the kitchen. For finals week I chose a recipe from French laundry.. now doing a thomas Keller recipe as a student would not be easily replicated. He told me if I nail this he would pass me.... Nervously I brought up my dish .. watched him take a bite ... he paused and said it was one of the best. I will forever be thankful for his wisdom . My condolences to his family.

Chef Baldwin was a great mentor. His knowledge and expertise has given many students a new look into the culinary arts and hospitality industry. I had the pleasure of his teaching techniques. I thought I was pretty good in the kitchen but come to find out, there was so much more to learn. I continue with my baking and culinary creations even after 15 years of schooling. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Denise, and your family. To one of the most important people in my life my brother Leroy. I will always remember you for being the most thoughtful and caring person in the world who was always there for me when I need him.
