We will always remember Mr. Baugh and his kindness, and the encouragement that he gave to our son and many other children that went to St.Matthew's Day Care.
He was a positive presence in our neighborhood, a man who walked and then rode the streets looking out for others. He always greeted you with a smile.
May his family find comfort in their faith and the knowledge that he was well respected and loved by his community.
