Roy will always be remembered as a very nice man, a true gentleman. My parents, Helen and Mike Pacowta, always spoke of him with affection and respect...such a good neighbor. My husband, Ralph, knew him as a friend and admired fellow Shelton businessman. I will always remember him as a friendly face with a ready smile. My prayers are with you.
