I’m sorry to hear about Leroy’s passing. We hadn’t kept in contact with each other throughout the years. But while we played football for the Edmonton Eskimo’s. We truly enjoyed each other’s company all the time. I am sorry for his family and his many other friends.
My blessing to his family.

I would like to say I met him and his wonderful wife Shirley at the Harrahs Casino in Maricopa AZ. I worked the front desk and instantly be came friends.
Shirley sent a rookie card of Leroy for my son Christian Phillips. I love you both and I am devastated to hear of Leroy passing. All my thoughts and prayers are with the family

Missing You Dad

Being a Casselberry resident, I had the honor and pleasure to meet and become friends with Leroy. We shared the same passion for football and gambling. What most impressed me, was how big Leroy’s heart was. Leroy cared for the homeless, kind to everyone and always had a big smile.. A true gentleman in every sense of the word. He will be sorely missed.
