Not sure what to say?

Thank you for making my time at Whitney Young feel safe, well educated, free, and fun. Your leadership, hiring practices, and dedication to education but a lot of young people on the path to moving themselves and their families to new opportunities. Thank you for being there at a pivotal time in our lives.

Mr. Lang was so awesome with working with me in Jr high. I was a handful, but his hands weren't to busy to help me do better.

RIP Mr Lang, you were one of the most influential figures in my life during my early teenage years. The first male figure in a school to sit me down and actually with me, and listen to me instead of just wanting to punish. I still today remember a conversation that changed the way I saw life. Thank you for what you did for me. Also, the best dressed principal in all of Ohio!

Leroy was a classmate and dear friend from Ala. We will all miss you charm and wit.

Mr. Lang you were an outstanding principal at JFK. I am glad that I got to know you.
