Having assumed Leroy's job here at IDP, I've sat in Leroy's chair for almost a year now. I remember the feeling I had the first time I sat behind his desk - I could almost feel his presence and I frequently spoke silently to him as when I picked up an issue that he had been working on. It was like picking up his baton and starting first to walk and then run with it again.

It has been a pleasure to do so. Leroy felt so strongly about getting things working well here that I feel...

It sounds trite to say Leroy was a good man. But he truly was. Smart, straight up, hard working, very capable, caring, always ready to help out, committed to doing things right, and always humble… the list of admirable characteristics is so long it starts to look insincere. But those with whom Leroy worked in business or in his many outside endeavors know how exceptional a person he was.
His family should be extremely proud of all that he accomplished and all those that he helped. We...
