Not sure what to say?

LeRoy was best man at our wedding, and a dear friend. We miss him.

To a great fellow Bishop from a brother.

Marianne,Shalimar and Treasa. What I am feeling right now is hard to put into words. But first of all You all are formost in my thoughts and prayers.Leroy was my closest and BEST friend and I will miss him always. He and I and Don Richards were the Three Ameigos since thr early 60S and now I'm the only one left as Don died just 6 days after Lee. I will be there Sat. for the gathering for Leroy and I want you all to know that you are as much my friend as he was and I;ll always be here for...

Although I met Santa LeRoy many times, chatting it up with you at Camp Shelly is my fondest memory. I don't think I have ever met anyone more easy to talk to. Rest in peace, LeRoy. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful daughter in our dear Miss Shalimar.

My deepest sympathies to you and your family Shalimar. My heart goes out to you during this difficult time.

A truly wonderful grandfather...I shudder to think what I may have become without his influence, love, and support.

Love you grandpa.

The term "what you see is what you get" perfectly describes Leroy. He was an honest man, with a great smile and full of fun and energy. He was so proud to be the only guy who could still fit in his Bishop jacket 50 years later, and he wore it well. He will be greatly missed. Our sympathy goes to his family.

I will hold you close in my heart and cherish the love you gave so freely!
I was truly blessed to have you as my Godfather~the most thoughtful man I have ever known...I will miss you until we meet again!!!

My deepest sympathies go out to the Family and Friends of LeRoy. I will always remember him as a powerful and compassionate human being. . .
