Not sure what to say?

Sharon, Sheila, SueEllen, family, I am so sad to learn of your mother's passing. She was such an inspiring person. My sister had her for a basketball coach. I knew her from the respect my sis had for her, but then when I was hired at the FCNB I got to know her much better and you three "little" girls that I watched grow up.I count it a blessing to have known her! Bertha Templin Devoss

Girls, I am sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. She always appeared to be a nice lady when I was around her. I offer my condolences and prayers of comfort for you at this time.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with each of you.

David and Tammy Driskill

LaJuan was one of my dearest friends, we had a lot in common as a rancher, and mother of daughters who were in 4-H. I'll be thinking of the family during this time. Elisabeth Longbotham, Clyde TX.

My deepest sympathy to LaJuan's family. She was my sister, Jeanell Wilkerson Bowen's basketball coach. Jeanell loved her teammates and LaJuan, what a great basketball team, so much talent! Now she and Jeanell are in heaven, probably getting a basketball team together!

Deanna Wilkerson Ratzow

La Juan was my basketball coach, Texas history and civics teacher. She was smart, clever, and I respected her for her demand for excellence. I know I speak for all my teammates that she was an inspiration and we enjoyed her wit.

I send my sincere condolences to all of her family.

With sympathy,

Sandra Cox Helton
