Loyce and Family:
We are very sorry about Starr's passing, but now he is at peace. I will always remember his kindness and wit he showed me all throughout my life...40 plus years. As I married his care and concern never diminished and he welcomed my new family with open arms. We will miss him very much, but we will always have all the wonderful memories he has given us.
