VERNON Lesley Palmer, age 36, of Vernon, passed away recently in Vernon. Services will be 2 p.m. today at the Chapel of Chandler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Higdon Cemetery between Millport and Kennedy with Chandler Funeral Home of Vernon directing.
