Our memories began in 1969 when I had my first riding lesson. Mom bought my first show horse,Lil Lady Bars, from Sue. Nothing was better than being on a horse and being in the Alto Barn. To this day there is still a horse in the field. Attached is the horse we have now. These were good times.

I knew her as Susie. We were born on the same day and lived across the fields from each other on Arcata Bottom. Her loss brings back those memories from our childhood that are so precious to me. Please accept my sincere sympathy in her passing. The world is a better place because of her.
