To Leslie Bird's Family,
Yesterday online I learned of Leslie's death. My condolences to you, his family members.
I was a child who knew him on the playground on 9A St NE in Bridgeland, where mom and I lived with grandma, while my father was fighting in WW ll.
It is now a shock to learn of Leslie's death.
Rest in peace, Leslie.

It is with sadness that we learned of Les' passing. We remember his humor and his passion for the students. We wish all the best to Marlene and the family.

Dear Marlene and all in the Bird Family:
