Not sure what to say?

Our condolences to the family,

One of Mobile Bay Canoe & Kayak Club member's favorite place to launch for our full moon paddles was at Buzbee's. Not only because the paddling was great and the views were beautiful, but because we all enjoyed getting to visit with Mr. Buzbee as we prepared to launch. Loved hearing his stories of hunting, etc. I launched there a few times for solo trips and he always watched out to make sure I returned safely. Mr. Buzbee will be missed by everyone of us paddlers. I'm 72 years old and I remember many Saturday mornings pulling into Buzbee's before the sun rose with my dad, renting a boat, buying seed shrimp, my dad talking with Mr Buzbee about locating the bream beds, and then heading out for half a day of catching red bellies, bull bream and listening to The Monitor Beacon on the transistor radio. Those were the days. Thanks, Mr Buzbee. M

I'm 72 years old and spent many Saturday mornings in my childhood pulling in to Buzbee's just as the sun was rising, renting a boat, and spending half the day fishing Bay Minette Creek. Buying seed shrimp, my dad talking with Mr Buzbee about the bream beds and heading out to find the red bellies, bull bream and more. Those were the days. MD

A great man who meant so much to so many. God Bless and Keep you "Pa". We are all the richer for having met you.

I'm so sorry for your loss.
