Not sure what to say?

Alan I was so sorry to see this just today . On a whim I thought to look you up and I read about Leslie. Hope you are doing well. My deepest condolences . Your old friend Caroline Lafferty Koons

When I stayed with Leslie and her mother at their lovely home in Boulder more than 35 years ago I surely had one of the best times of my life. What a cheerful, friendly and ever so nice character she was! Leslie and her mom surely belong to the persons I am most grateful to have met in my life. And although we had lost contact my heart is full of sadness about her passing away thank you for being able to meet you, Leslie! And my deepest sympathy to those who love and have lost her far too...

She was not always well enough to communicate frequently, but I will so remember our travels through Germany and Spain, Thanksgiving in PA (a...

My good friend Al,

My wife and I were very sorry to hear of the death of Leslie. I know you both shared lots of good times together, and that she was very strong in terms of battling cancer. Now she has gone home to be with the Lord. Our prays are still with both of you.

Alan, I knew you and Leslie at Frasier Meadows. What a wonderful woman. Sending you healing love.

Leslie and I grew up in youth group together and were friends before becoming stepsisters. I enjoyed her wit and wisdom. Leslie and Alan always made us feel at home and we always had good times together. Her fight against the physical diseases was valiant and full of grace. Her love and service to others was evident. We will miss her and be praying for Alan. So glad her eternal home is with Jesus!
Love,
Rachel and Richard Sharp

Alan,
The time I spent with you and Leslie talking about travel, writing, and the joy of finding the love of your life is something I will always treasure.
Both of you, as a couple, will remain as a picture in my heart!
