Not sure what to say?

I was just talking about my great uncles the other day on Grandpa's side. I know that if Grandpa was still around I would have had more chances of knowing Uncle Leslie better than I do. I do know that Uncle Leslie always knew my name and always said, "Now, I know you are one of Steve's." He would guess all the right names of me and my sisters. I just learned he was a teacher and Principal and I too am. I am proud to keep a part of him going. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Mrs. Eisenhauer - Mom just told me of Mr. Eisenhauer's passing and I wanted to send warm thoughts your way. I have many memories growing up from church, school, and most recently, of course, from Syracuse Home church services when you came to play the piano. God Bless Always.

Sorry to hear of Uncle Leslie's passing. He and I would share the information we each had gathered about the family tree. I still have the letter he wrote to me about the fact he was the first one in the family to receive a college degree. I am also a teacher and appreciated all he had to share.

Sorry to hear about the loss of Uncle Lesley. My heart and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. God bless.
Steve's daughter,
Karen Eisenhauer Tanner

Mrs. Eisenhauer,
I lived on Frawley Drive and remember you and your husband taking walks together by my Mom and Dad's house. Those are fond memories. You were such a lovely couple. Mr. Eisenhauer was the principal at Van Buren Elementary while I was a student there, and I will always remember his kindness towards all of the students and faculty. He was a wonderful man. My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this very difficult time.

I'll miss the many phone calls from Les! He had much care to offer. I'm thinking of you, Shirley!
