Not sure what to say?

To all that loved our sweet Leslie, I am remembering her zest for life and inventiveness. She had such a drive for learning and creative imagination. Many fond memories, she was loved, Cousin Martha Ann

Dear Steve and Familly, I was very sorry to hear about the recent passing of your sister. I hope that as time passes you are able to remember all the joyful moments that you shared as children. Nancy Verdung Schaft, Loveland, Colorado

Dear Leslie, what a wonderful soul. As her younger cousin I remember playing dolls with Leslie, her patience and imagination inspired me. As we both grew older it was always such a pleasure to see her. She was a loving, kind, gentle person. One of my fondest memories of Leslie was was seeing her dance with her father at my wedding, she loved to dance! My Aunt Martha and Uncle Stan took such great care of her, and I think they were all very lucky to have each other. I will miss seeing her, and...

When my sister Bonnie came out 0f Pioneer Center today the first thing she said to me was "I lost a friend today". For those who know Bonnie would agree this was huge. Rest in peace sweet Leslie; you touched sweet (not easily understood) souls on your short visit here among us.

I am saddened to hear of Leslie leaving us. I met her at Crossroads when my husband was a patient. Her mother, Martha was constantly at her side and it must have been a lifetime of love and care. Leslie was a joy to be around. Her friendliness and curiosity made her very lovable. I was one of the lucky ones who was a recipient of her many hugs. She was a special lady with a great spirit and it was wonderful to see and hear her laugh. I will never forget her.
