Our sympathies to Peggy, Evan and to Les' entire family. I worked with Les and enjoyed so much our working together and being good friends. Also remembering the kindness of Les and Peggy on our moving to Waukesha to join Sanofi in 1993. Blessings to you.

Les will always be in our hearts and we will miss him terribly. We will miss his laughter and stories at our many family gatherings. We have fond memories of our trips together with Les and Peggy, Aileen and Jim, including a cross country ski trip many years ago where we camped in sheepherders wagons in winter as well as a trip where we camped in Mississippi Palisades near Galena, IL. We were happy to have Les Lynch working with us for fourteen years until his retirement in 2017. He was kind and, as a result of his long and varied industry experience, he was able to provide many thoughtful insights that helped us grow. His casual conversation ranged from his experiences hosting French students to Evan's journey to becoming an Eagle Scout to his interest in indigenous Americans in the Durango area. Thoughts and prayers are with you. Les always wore a smile and his kindness and laughter were just so contagious. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure to work with Les on two separate occasions over the course of many years. Les was so kind and soft-spoken. He always seem to be joyful and I really enjoyed working with him. I took over Les' territory in the Upper Midwest after he retired and everyone I called on that worked with Les spoke well of him and asked how he was doing. My deepest condolences to Peggy, Evan, and his family.

I am so sorry to hear the new of Les' passing. He was a friend and a colleague for many years. We worked together in Wisconsin, and as we moved to different companies within our industry we would cross paths at various events and trade shows. Les always remembered something about me or my family, and always asked about each of them. He was so great with remembering people, and what was important to them. I remember Les and Peggy at my wedding over 30 years ago now; Evan was there too but...
