Read MoreI just stumbled across this obituary. Les was a genius who was as kind as he was smart; he and Joanne piqued my interest in sailing around 1985. By 2000 I was living on a sailboat and I have recounted several times how this couple who lived on a mountain in Huntsville Alabama influenced me in many ways. Prayers for the family.
