Lester was my father´s good friend in old age. They had much to talk about as each came from the State of Maine. I will always have good memories of dinners with Lester and Winnie, and hikes with Lester. The Photo is of my parents, whose time in Mt.Vernon was enhanced by knowing Lester and Winnie. And when it happens, the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with, or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear.
