Think of you often. Reminisce about our training runs in the Hammock. You left a big void in my life.

Can it possibly be 3 years since you left us? You were bigger than life. One adventure after another. So many miles and so many trials in The Hammock. I miss you, buddy.

Henry and I were friends for over 45 years. We became friends from the very first day we met at Florida Gas Transmission. He was the kind of man you don't meet every day. We knew we could always depend on each other; he had my back and I had his, and were never further than a phone call away, except when he was climbing mountains. I brought my set of weights and homemade bench to your family's basement so we could work out together and tone up a little. You found people to donate many hundreds of additional pounds of unused weights, built more and more equipment, studied all pertinent literature you could get, and perfected the art of bodybuilding. Your determination inspired me to "tone up" way beyond my original intentions. I had been scuba diving a little, decided to stop,and sold my tank and regulator to you....
