Lester A. Core

Met up with Lester in Middle School, became friends and stayed in touch throughout his life to enjoy his genuine love, sharing and laughter together with his very best friend- Carol. We'll all miss Lester but will hold onto many great times together.

Just heard about Lester's passing. We were friends from 3rd grade into college. I am saddened by this news. Carol my condolences. I know you must be hurting. It's an old saying but true "Time heals all wounds." I remember you as a strong, caring and loving lady with a beautiful smile. Take comfort in your memories they will warm your heart and eventually lift your spirits. Fifty+ years is a long time not easily forgotten but time will heal your pain and do not lose your sweet smile.

Lester was a talented fellow executive at Landauer, a person who took the time to understand and explain things that truly helped the company grow. He enjoyed his wife´s coaching career attending many events with her.,he enjoyed golfing and shared stories about his brother in laws car collection. We enjoyed many lunches together.,Condolences to Carol, RIP Lester

Deepest condolences to Mrs. Core and the family. Mr.Core was always so nice and a bright light for anyone who knew him.

So sorry to hear about your loss. Worked with Lester for many years, my daughter always referred to him as "Uncle Lester" when she was small and would come to work with me on a Saturday. He was a wonderful man and will be missed.

My condolences Carol. I was a classmate of Lester at IU on Magee Ground. Jay Bainbridge gave the news. Once again, so sorry to hear of Lester´s passing.
