Dear Gary and Kevin and Family:
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your dad "Les."
In the summer of 1969 Mayor Hale gave me my first public sector job - on a "can" truck for DPW. (It was one of the best summer job's a teenager could ever have - at $2.50 an hour!!!)
He was a testiment for the "Greatest Generation." Les served his beloved City of Ansonia, church, community,
nation and, most importantly, family proudly. We shall all miss him.
Sincerely,
Tom Clifford
