Lester A. Heisler

My condolences and heartfelt sympathy goes out to Lester's family. Even though I didn't know Lester long I want to thank you for the opportunity to get to know him. I really enjoyed the chance to share in my wonderful conversations Lester and I had about his life on the farm. I will hold those conversations dear in my heart. It was my pleasure to care for him in his final days. My thoughts and prayers be with you.

I truly enjoyed my visits with Lester the past couple of years. I appreciated the memories of our common family members, pictures, 'the purple gang', and the surprise in locating the mastodon.

My mother, Jean Heisler Strait Parker, is a cousin of Mr. Lester and I also knew him. I visited Mr. Lester and Mrs. Mary numerous times with my mother and father, L C Strait. They were gracious and pleasant people. Our thoughts are with their son and family at this time. Delia Strait Harwell
