Dear Betty Jo, You and I share the same sorrow. I lost Stella on April, 15, 2020. She had Alsheimer's Disease. I know she is with Christ our Lord but I miss her. My phone number is 828-419-5053. Call me if you want to and we will talk. With Respect, John Hillsman

Dear Betty Jo & family, I was saddened over your loss of Clark. He & I were close friends in Dental school. Sorry we were not able to see each other more often. We met when I brought some of our children to Fla. He was always a dear friend. I pray that Christ will comfort you and draw you closer to Him. Write if you can, or call. 828-419-5053 Sincerely,

Dear Betty ( ). I do not think I have talked to you about your loss of Clark. As you know he and I were good friends in Dental school. He helped me get through. It has been a long time since we have seen each other. I grieve at his loss and know you do. Be assured of my continued respect and admiration for you and your family. My phone no. is 828-419-5053. My daughters made me change numbers. With fondest regards, John

I worked for Dr. Hodge in 1972, while my husband was in school at Florida. Dr. Hodge was a super boss and a very good orthodontist!
Great sense of humor, and a kind and gentle man!
My condolences to the family.

Betty Jo, my heart goes out to you and all the Family. I remember you from Kirby Smith days and on to the years of your shopping with Clark at Jonesville Publix. You and Clark were a lovely couple. What an intelligent man, Clark was! Kind thoughts to you and all your Family. Shirley Johnson Reid

Betty Jo, dear friend, I just learned of Clark's passing today. My heart goes out to you. Would love to be supportive in any way I can. I have so many memories of wonderful times spent with both of you, running, spending time with you in your home, and our JL work. Clark was such a great othodontist, and a great friend to me and my family. A huge loss for your family and many friends. Anne Langan (formerly Ryals)

My sister and I were patients during the early 70's. 40 years later I recognized him when I asked him could I photograph his landscape in Cedar Key; he was quick to tell me the beautiful flowers were his wife's work. He was humble like that. Prayers for his family from Donna Jo Brooks and Kathy Brooks Bielling

Condolence to the family. Knew Clark from the skating rink his dad owned on 13st. Spent a lot of time there skating and racing with Clark and the guys.

Clark's dad Lester Hodge owned the skating rink on 13st. Back in the fifties. Clark not only skated with us, but ran the rink for his dad.I spent many hours there and knew Clark well. He will be missed in the community.
