Vickie sorry to read about Paul’s passing. My heart goes out to you and your family. Please know that I will keep you in my prayers.

I went to Snow School with Paul and brothers and sisters. Last year when mowing my Mom's lawn, I got the lawn mower stuck and a car stopped to help. He asked if Mrs. Tompkins lived here and I said yes. I'm her daughter Debby and he said he was Paul Manley. So many years since seeing each other. I'm so sorry for your lost.

He always had that smile that made you smile too. He was a great friend. Will miss him.

I have fond memories of the times our families would get together when we were kids. Paul was a great man and he will be missed. Prayers to his family.

I have so many wonderful memories of time with Paul... he was so loving as well as having a great sense of humor... if he was every mad at me I don’t remember it... which have been very possible since I was a crazy little cousin....I will miss him
